OUR MULTI-STEP PROCESS
WSI uses a specific multi-step process when evaluating each and every account.  Our professional staff follow a rigorous process that only seasoned Waste Management Professionals can accomplish – and it typically takes between 60 & 90 days of focused effort to complete the process. 

After the intial assements and several steps into the analyis we begin to arrive a conclusions to begin negotiations with the hauler on market area pricing and consider alternative suppliers if the current waste management hauler is not willing to negotiate.

Here's a Summary of How Our Process Works:

Step 1. Agree Upon Scope of Services and Execute Agreement.  Execute Following the approval of our Service "Scope of Work" Proposal and the signing of a "Consulting Agreement" WSI utilizes our multi-step process, results-oriented waste management collections and disposal expense reduction system to maximize the cost savings for your business.  The agreement with your business includes a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) so all of the infomation shared with us is held in the strictest confidence and never shared with others. 

Step 2. Provide Waste Management Service Provider Contract and Invoices.To get started saving money, all we need is your agreement to share the savings, the previous three months of invoices from your waste management service provider and a list of your locations to audit.

Step 3. Review Your Current Operations.  WSI Staff study the way you and your waste services vendor currently manage your solid wastes and recyclables, establishing an understanding of your unique service needs, and benchmark  your current costs.

Step 4. Identify Key Opportunitites.  Applying our knowledge of the latest technologies, transportation systems, regional disposal alternatives, commodity prices, and information from our previous experience, we locate areas of your operations in which we can make the most significant contributions and cost reductions.

Step 5. Develop Reccomendations.  We identify viable alternatives and develop a detailed series of recommendations for the most cost-effective improvements currently available.

Step 6. Conduct an Analysis of Potential Savings.  We develop a financial impact statement, showing the expected results of our proposed plan, and how much money you will save.

Step 7. Present the New Waste Management Cost Reduction Plan for Your Approval.  Working with you, we develop a plan that works best for you. Your approval is a key step in our cost savings process.

Step 8. Implement the Agreed Upon Plan.  We'll assist you in negotiations with your current waste management service provider and look for ways to increase recycling, waste diversion and alternatives to the current service provider if they are unwilling to negotiate. 

Step 9. Monitor Plan Effectiveness and Cost Reductions.  Additionally, and for the entire length of our agreement, we'll monitor the positive impacts of our agreed-upon solid waste management cost reduction plan, ensuring that your expected savings are being achieved.
